after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

Working smoothly at 1 zoom table after the new database creation and post importing of my hands(around 300k hands).
My old databases will remain fucked up but I'll keep them for the future. Custom stats working flawlessly.

24 hours without a word from support. Are you on holidays? I need a word from you on what to do, i´ve already send tickets and atach logs but no one seem to care.

You do realize PT4 doesn't work for anyone at the moment right? They are probably overwhelmed

Here is my error when updating the cache. I think it has to do with custom stats:

Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: out of memory DETAIL: Failed on request of size 8. CONTEXT: PL/pgSQL function "update_cash_cache_playerrange" line 12 at FOR over SELECT rows )

Go to Database > Database Management and click Housekeeping > Revert PostgreSQL Tuning, then try the cache rebuild again. When the next patch is released enable PostgreSQL tuning again from the same option.

same issues here as everyone else. when will you fix this problem? this is certainly not on the users end.
how do i properly go back to using 4.10.9? do i uninstall 4.11 and then reinstall 4.10.9 and add my old database to it? i made a backup before 4.11 was released

We are working on a patch to address the issues that are affecting you (and the others posting here) and I hope to see something released in the next day or so.

If you have a backup made before you first ran 4.11 then you can install 4.10.9 and restore your backup.

However, 4.10.9 will not work with a database that has been updated so in general we do not recommend reverting.

i made backup 4.10.9 base. Now i reinstall back 4.10.9, backup my base, but now when i try to import hands i only see

Downloading exchange rate information ...

and stuck with it for unlimited time. And cant stop importing too

Please help me return to 4.10.9!

Cant send tickets with PokerTracker4.log because file size 75MB

What i should do?

Restart PT4 and just start importing and let it import (and error out) on one or two hands then stop it and the log file will be well smaller than 75M and should fit in a ticket. We'll need the full log in order to figure out the proper next step here.

i had the same issues, last resort was to do a backup, uninstall postgres n PT4, delete all the postgres files remaining, reinstall everything.

so far so good, played a short session abt 100 hands, improt speed back to normal, HUDs workin fine, in the correct place.

Hope it still works tomorrow?

might take abit of time but it sure is faster then rebuilding yr cache 3 or more imtes, reindexing n all.

sad to say, fired a couple of 6max regular tables and the same ol #$%@ happened again.. sigh

slow import, stop import, n the hands imported are in batches like 20-50 of em all frm the same table? tot they were supposed to be according to time?
