after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

Do you use aliases?

I set one up in the previous database before the update messed everything up. Then I created a new database and reimported all of the hands. The error I received was when I tried to add an alias in the new database.

Ok, there is a known issue right now with aliases in 4.11 and we are working to fix it. Right now I would not recommend attempting to add an alias in 4.11 until we get a fix out for that specific issue.

i would be very happy with 30h/s but it is way slower with 4.11. there was just one time when it was that fast and that was when 80%+ were duplicates...

anyway i should have tried downgrading before and now i do. importspeed seems to be ok after downgrade to 4.09 and 9.0 (message popped up that 9.1 and newer is not supported by pokertracker) now but i just detected one big issue when i tried to import my HUD:

A message pops up telling "Unable to import profile. Reason: PT4 Hud Profile Version 1020, Expected 1019 (file: D\Cash - new.pt4hud). How can I solve this? Thank you very much

As I've said earlier in the thread - the 4.11 HUD profile is not compatible with 4.10 or earlier. You can back it up via File -> Backup and then delete Layouts.pt4 from the Data subfolder of your User Folder and that will get you the default back but there is no way to revert the HUD profile to a 4.10.x compatible version.

After installing 4.11.1 hands loading hangs just like before with no way to cancel it but through task manager. Cache rebuilding ends up with error.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
