after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

I just finished reindexing my database (gosh just 3 hours) and installed 4.11.1. I'll test it now with logging enabled so if anything goes wrong I'll update the ticket.

Yes, 5 or 6 of them, some probe turn, fold turn to probe and delay cbet, and the same for river. Also "BB raise SB limp".

IT doesn't work anymore for the record (not that 20 hands/minute is "working"), it crashes when I try to import. I tuned postogre and rebuilt my cache (15gb db, 4 hours at least), and now it doesn't work anymore again, just freezes when I try to import hands.

Many custom stats stopped working. Hands import slowly. Do I need to do a new housekeeping if I go back to the previous version?

As I've said earlier in the thread - the 4.11 HUD profile is not compatible with 4.10 or earlier.

i missed that

apart from that the downgrade was successful. import runs smooth with 4.10.9.
but with my hud and all the custom stats lost the importspeed does not really matter

it is such a mess. when is this nightmare going to end?

As I've said earlier in the thread - the 4.11 HUD profile is not compatible with 4.10 or earlier. You can back it up via File -> Backup and then delete Layouts.pt4 from the Data subfolder of your User Folder and that will get you the default back but there is no way to revert the HUD profile to a 4.10.x compatible version.

Ok, so i installed 4.11.1, hoping it would fix some of the problems, now the hands import in a rate of 1 per 10 seconds and the hud isnt working giving me "the unknown token encountered" bullshit.

This is ridiculous. Please give people the option to restore back to normal working versions or make an update where everything works. I cannot play several tables without stats.

After today's update PT4 to version 4.11 and update database PT4 doesn't work.

do not import hands and HUD is not appearing on the tables
when I try to stop getting hands PT4 is freezing on forever..

i have tha same problem did the update to last version yesterday and update the database it took me 12hours . today when i open some tables to start playing a session, the hud didn´t load on most tables and the ones that load the stats were on the wrong players , i did the stop getting hands and is freezing my cpu , can´t played like this . im trying to rebuild my cache but i guess it will take me 12 hours or more .
can i install the old version? ( it worked perfectly ) . i just need a download link for the old software version that is light and works .
the milestone hands on stars and i dont have a hud, what a disgrace .

i did the back up of my database . then i uninstall postgre sql 9.0 and i install 9.3, i install the last version of pt4 did the restore of database (38gb) took about 5 hours, but
now is working fine, the hud loads pretty quickly on every table and didnt get any freeze. i guess the problem was on the version of postgre 9.0 i guess its too old for
the last version of pokertracker .

Just try
Database -> Database management -> Housekeeping -> Tune PostgreSQL.
It takes less than a minute and solve the problem with my Database after updaiting.
(Don't forget restart PT)

Ok, so after removing some stats that were giving errors, i have managed to get pt sort of to work, the only problem right now (i am hoping the stats issue will be addressed in the new updates) is that the hands are updating/importing very slowly and i am getting results half and hour or more back. The HUD actually does work.
