after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

after a download the v4.11.2 it seems work but slow imports hands. should i upgrade my db? i've 9.0.10 send it ticket

detuned postogre, tried to rebuild cache after getting imports of 1 hand/5minute. Error as follows:

Unable to rebuild cache.
Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: could not read from hash-join temporary file: No error CONTEXT: PL/pgSQL function "update_cash_cache_playerrange" line 12 at FOR over SELECT rows )

Yes, this is the result from PGAdmin test. So there's nothing more I can do to fix my slow import now? I should just wait for another update?

TRNSLTR: Where exactly are you getting that message? If it's in PGAdmin, you can just ignore it and close the program.

smartchecker: We are actively working on figuring these issues out and getting them fixed. As soon as we have a fix we will make it available. We've already pushed two patches since the first 4.11 release and we'll keep building and pushing more until everything is sorted.

The text is the result from pgAdmin test that you said to execute:
"We are working on the slow import problem and I'm told we're now having trouble reproducing it. Could everybody with the slow import problem try the following steps here and paste the output for me:

(1) Open PGAdmin III from your Start menu.
(2) Double click on your server to connect to it (enter your password if needed).
(3) Expand "Databases" with the small + sign.
(4) Click on your current updated 4.11.1 database and click the SQL magnifying glass from the toolbar.
(5) In the window that appears paste the code below and click the green play icon in the toolbar.
(6) Once there are results (it should take well under a tenth of a second to complete) click at the top left of the results output (in the bottom half of the screen) and that will highlight all data.
(7) Press ctrl+c to copy that data, and paste it here so that we can see if you are missing any indexes."

Therefore my question whether all i can do know is wait for an update or can you help me to fix the slow import problem in any other way?

What is the refund policy regarding the case that the product has become completely unusable? Switching products is the only solution after this fiasco. How can anyone keep using pokertracker when it is clear that it can become unusable for several weeks at any time with no solution in sight?
