I don't have an update to give you at this time, but if you request that refund via your ticket we can make sure it gets processed appropriately (and that you're notified when it is fixed).

Is there STILL no update to this? This is atrocious customer service and I expect better from the PT team. Will this issue ever be resolved?
I feel like the lack of update is quite telling...

I don't have an update on this issue at this time and it is awaiting a fix from a developer. Note that if you use TT without the Buddies list it should work properly otherwise.

No, even without buddy list it picks up only about 20% of the tables.

That's the open issue I see in your ticket. Could you please create a new ticket then with a screenshot showing the discrepancy you are seeing?

Hi Kraada - no I have two tickets. One about buddies (#151914) and one (#151818) about this issue.

This problem is occurring again.....
Currently 88 $25NL tables on PS but my TT picks up 40....

Thanks - I'll check it out and let the development team know. There was a PokerStars update recently so it's possible that something changed which affected TableTracker.
