after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

I have been told that we are hoping to release a patch today for the slow import issue. If that is the only issue affecting you, I would encourage you to wait for 4.11.3 which we are hoping will solve your problems.

If you otherwise have a backup from before upgrading to 4.11, you can install 4.10.9 from here and restore your backup from File -> Restore.

Just did this and loss all my HUDs, popups and custom stats made so fucking mad right now im like 24 hours away for demanding a refund

I don't know how many more times I can tell you we are working on it. We well and truly are. As soon as we have a confirmed fix we will release it.

I don't know how Time Machine handles PostgreSQL installations, I'll need to look into that before I can say whether that will work or whether it will end up causing more problems.

The HUD is %100 NOT WORKING for many of us, FOR DAYS now. This is a DISASTER that has cost me THOUSANDS.

The slow import issue is just as bad - you also cannot use the HUD with this problem, because only one hand per minute is being imported.

We have found the cause of the slow imports. Now it's just a matter of figuring out how to fix the issue. We believe that we may have fixed it. Unfortunately, since no one on the PokerTracker team can replicate this, we need confirmation.

Please download and install the following test release which contains the changes:

PokerTracker v4.11.3 - Download

Important: After you install the new release, you MUST rebuild your database cache in order for the changes to go into effect.

Please let us know your results and if it fixes the slow imports via posting in this thread.

The worst than can happen is you waste time rebuilding your cache and it doesn't fix the issue. No damage can be done.

Best case it fixes the issue and this download turns into the public release.

No improvement here. Import still crashes the program. I tried to update postogre to 8.3.23, but it won't, with either method that you provided (oneclick simply doesn't work, the normal method updates, reboots, and leaves me with 8.3.9).

Cache update didn't work on 4.11.2, will do cache update now and see if it works.
