after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

well after a week of NO PT this is where i be at now

I removed PT4 from my putter

then i downloaded the PT4 10.9

then i deleted my data base

then i restored my data base i made on April 29th (i back up PT4 around the 1st of each month)

then i clustered and now all working well

this was a mess but if i learn one thing i will never update on day 1 again :p

Did you rebuild your cache after updating to 4.11.3? That is necessary.

If so, can you send us new logs with 4.11.3 and post your ticket number here? I'll get that looked at more quickly for you.

Please don't release any major updates in the future without sufficient testing first.

Updated to 4.11.3, rebuilt cache, import works at ~12 hands/seconds, which is already something as far as I am concerned. Before it instacrashed. I am running multiple custom stats, which seemed to have given me problems. My hardware can't be the problem.

Now i need to update postogre, and the update methods for 8.3.23 don't work. I install everything perfectly, reboot and postogre is still at 8.3.9. How would I update to 9.x? Would it be stable?

smart money: Please make sure to rebuild cache after installing 4.11.3 and if you are still experiencing slowdowns send us new logs so that we can investigate.

To date as far as I'm aware we have one ticket from 4.11.3 which turned out to not be slow imports but a slow HUD query related to an uncacheable custom stat.

vodkahaze: 9.3 is considered stable and supported at this time. To upgrade, first back everything up from PT4 via File -> Backup. Uninstall 8.3 and install 9.3 as detailed in this guide. Then restore your database via File -> Restore. It'll take some time to read and write the data but otherwise should be fairly painless as far as upgrades go.

Update: I create a whole new DB (11GB), import speed was OK, import speed during play is OK as well, but HUD is not working at all. (Win 8, SSD disk, many of custom stats.)

My 4.11.1 works good but i have problems with the import of hands with Run it twice on pokerstars.

Pokertracker imports them as errors
