Does this include another rebuild of the cache in the database?

No luck after rebuliding the cache with version v4.11.3. Manual import is still extremely slow, and the process is using 100% of the disk in Task manager.

How do i get this bar thingy and h/s to display? It doesn't show in my import status column, I can't know my hand import speed per second.

In v.4.11.3 the import speed is still slow for me (1 hand per 5-6 sec) even after cache rebuild.
