Great? 1 hand per 5 sec - it's not great, man, it's really slow. If you try to play more tables at the same time - you'll see the difference.

I guess I know now the truely reason that not everybody write about the slowness of import - people just don't play enough tables to notice that problem.

A new test build is available which fixes the cache update issue with new hands introduced yesterday:

Download pulled. I'll post another one when its available.

You will be prompted with a small cache update if you are upgrading from v4.11.3 to correct your cache for the missed hands.

A cache rebuild is not required.

Please report back on import speeds to ensure that they are still the same as the 4.11.3 release.

Best regards,

Derek

Hi,

I updated from 4.11.3 to this new version and after I hit "stop getting hands" button, PT4 freezes like in previous versions. My ticket is 152666.

Thank you. It appears that our check is relying on an 8.4+ function call which isn't implemented in PostgreSQL 8.3 which is what you have installed. We'll definitely need to fix that prior to release. You are safe to revert back to v4.11.3 until we are able to fix this.

crtcm: It is safe to downgrade to 4.11.3 and you should do that until we can fix and produce another test build.

How can I downgrade? I've searched but didn't find anything.

Can you replicate the import issue with 4.11.4 and send us your PokerTracker4.log file? The last log that you sent is only 50 seconds long. Let import run for a few minutes then stop importing and immediately send us your PokerTracker4.log file before you restart PokerTracker.

I have the same issues in this versions as the previous v4.11.x

Importing a tournament hand takes approx 5 minutes, it looks to me like it's doing a cache rebuild...

New logs attached in my ticket: 152621

Thanks. I'm going to pull this release until a new one is available which addresses the issues raised thus far.
