after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

Tried sudo, still denied. I'm an administrator.

Stop PostgreSQL first.

sudo /sbin/SystemStarter stop postgresql-9.0

echo 9.0 > "/Library/PostgreSQL/9.0/data/base/1940/PG_VERSION"

sudo /sbin/SystemStarter start postgresql-9.0

Stopped it successfully, but still denied.

I believe that this may be the GOLDEN RELEASE that fixes both slow import times (introduced in 4.11) and the cache updates issue (introduced in 4.11.3).

Users Upgrading From 4.11.3 & PostgreSQL 8.4 (or higher):
You will be prompted to update your database which should happen fairly quickly.

Users Upgrading from other 4.11.x releases in addition to 4.11.3 Users with PostgresQL 8.3:
You must fully rebuild your database cache. In PokerTracker go to Database -> Database Management, select your active database then click the 'Rebuild Cache' button and select 'Full Cache Rebuild'.

Users Upgrading from v4.10.9 or earlier:
You will be prompted for a database update which must be run. (This builds the database cache as well as modifies other database tables)

I got this message when rebuilding cache.
When I try to revert tuning I get the message
"Unable to locate configuration file at G:\data\postgresql.conf"

Should I install this update?

The cache update failed with this error message:

I'm afraid the import speed is still slow in 4.11.5 (not faster than 1 hand per 5 sec) ... Maybe I should try cache rebuild, but I've already done one when updated to 4.11.3. Will do anyway.
