The cache rebuild after 4.11.4 was successful, now it doesn't freeze anymore. Still the import speed is very slow (1hand/5sec) so after I load a couple of tables my HUD disappears. I've tried to send the last logs but when I click on "attach" it redirects me to PT/support page. Ticket no 152666

You will need to update to v4.11.5 and follow the directions in that post.

If you still have problems there please attach the PokerTracker4.log file to your ticket as well as the Hud log - that is the file we really need to see.

Thanks - can you confirm that you rebuilt the cache in v4.11.5 if you also ran 4.11.4? I'm told that if you ran 4.11.4 then you need to rebuild the cache in 4.11.5 in order for the improvement to take effect.
