after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

This release fixes the issue in v4.11.5 where the cache (re)build would fail due to a custom column referencing the _combinations table. We've also greatly improved the upgrade process so that cache rebuilds are no longer required for correct functionality.

It's definitely possible that such an old PostgreSQL version is part of the problem. With a version that old the easiest thing might be just to take a backup, uninstall it, install 9.3.4 and restore from backup. That will bring your databases across to 9.3 and you can find a tutorial on installing 9.3 here.

Already created a database backup, then i go to control panel to uninstall my PostgreSQL v8.4 and this pops up

I finally got PostgreSQL 8.4 uninstalled from my PC i even deleted all the folders, re-installed v9.3 and now PT4 won run, fml
