after update to 4.11 PT4 doesn't work

You are using v4.11.3. Please download and install the recently released v4.10.6 which resolves the issue that you are experiencing.

I'm not a programmer, so I need some instructions to uninstall and so it doesn't mess up my system. thx

There is absolutely no need for anyone to upgrade to PostgreSQL 9.3. Download and install the latest PokerTracker v4.11.6 release and everything will run fine.

Ok, I installed the new version and still running the old Post 9.0 and it logged into see if it worked and no HUD and doesn't identify the session. I'm doing a rebuild of the DB now. I don't know what the issue is but read that I needed to uninstall the old Post 9.0 and update to the 9.3 version. I don't know how to do that and nothing is working. I've submitted two tickets since I downloaded this software and this software doesn't work. I need some help and nothing is working here.

If you are experiencing trouble still then upgrading to PostgreSQL 9.3 will not solve anything.

Please start PokerTracker with Logging Enabled, play for a bit then immediately send us your PokerTracker4.log file via the Support system so that we can look into the issue.

Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker4.log File

Once your support ticket is created, post the ticket # in this thread so we can investigate.
