Use Open Opportunity in Actions & Opportunities -> Flop -> Flop Opportunities -- if you have a chance to open nobody in front of you could have bet. You can also filter to hands you were in position via Hand Details -> Player Position (either by specifying Active Player as 9 for heads up preflop or setting In Position in one of the postflop streets).

I'm interested in a situation in husng where I'm out of position and check, then opponent checks instead of c-betting.

Then use:
Actions & Opportunities -> Preflop -> Calls -> Call 2Bet
and
Actions & Opportunities -> Flop -> Check Flop
and
NOT(Actions & Opportunities -> Flop -> Flop Opportunities -> Second Action Any Action)

In A&O -> Turn you can filter for having bet the turn. Add a filter for Not(Second Action Any Action) on the turn (meaning nobody raised) and not(saw river) in the River section and you know that everyone folded to your bet.
