Several of my players reported that they see very strange things in their HUDs. Usually almost the whole HUD is empty, almost all the cached custom stats seem to be 0/0. The strange thing is that the same stats give correct number in "Session" view. Several stats looks like "0/0 (This session: 7/8)"
After a deeper examination I realised that the numbers in the cache are incorrect. (That's why the numbers were correct in "This session" view: cache table is not used on that situation).
Many of these players reported slow import performance, too. (Or maybe not the import itself is slow but the HUD update.)

What we already tried:

- Updated PT4 to v4.11.6
- Updated Postgres to 9.0.17
- Deleted all the custom stats and columns manually to not interfere with the stats of the premium addons
- Re-download the premium addons
- After that fuill cache rebuild (we tried that several times)

It doesn't help, problem is the same. What is also interesting: afther the full cache rebuild some stats will work correctly for some players which were faulty previously but some other just go wrong after the rebuild.

I asked my players to send me log files about the process they open a hand in the replayer and see wrong stats, however I'm not sure it will help you because the problem seems to be somewhere during the cache rebuild process. I'll open a support ticket and send you the log files. What else shall I send you to find out the reason of the mentioned problems?

Anyone with problems who hasn't posted a ticket, please do. The issues we've seen so far are mostly local issues, although they have helped us identify a couple of remaining minor problems - there should be no issues with hands importing or anything major like that though, so we will need to see your logs to find out what is going on in your particular cases.

lol. How can it be a local issue when there are mass postings of slow import speed and other problems!? Saying it's a local issue is a weak excuse for the fact that you f*cked up in a major way with this update.

Everyone with a problem is posting but not everyone without a problem is. There are a lot of people who aren't experiencing problems in 4.11.6 and we aren't currently able to reproduce the problems you describe.

I'm sure you are experiencing them, but without more data and a way to understand what is different from our testing machines and your machine we can't fix it.

For anybody who might have similair problem: I believe that any cached custom column which includes a databased field from tourney_hand_player_combinations table (or maybe exaclty the id_r_hand_strength field) makes the cache process crazy. I'm not sure if it happens also the during the cache rebuild, I've tested it only for import. (And only for tournaments, no cash but I've seen that the caching method is quite similar.)

You might uncheck your concerned columns from being cached until it got fixed.
