Everyone with a problem is posting but not everyone without a problem is. There are a lot of people who aren't experiencing problems in 4.11.6 and we aren't currently able to reproduce the problems you describe.

It would be comforting to believe that, but clearly it's a ridiculous claim; not everyone with a problem is posting. A significant number of people are experiencing problems. Surely it is more likely that a single, bug-free update will solve the majority of issues in one fell swoop, rather than there being a multitude of local problems.

That doesn't change the fact that we haven't been able to duplicate the problems described in our testing environments. Until we get enough information to do that we're going to keep needing more reports because we can't fix it until we can reproduce it.

After yestertady, the HUD isn´t working again in version 11.6 (slow importing). I won´t send you more tickets, Im tired of doing it. Fix it.

ALVAREZINHO7: It's possible your ticket never got sent properly -- I don't see it attached to your account. With that error it sounds like you have a custom column that refers to something incorrectly. Do you have a reference to "position_type" in one (or more) of your custom columns? If so, if you could paste the column here I'll be able to help you get it corrected.

therealchiri: We are working on those issues that have been reported to us with 4.11.6. If you aren't willing to send us a new set of logs I can't guarantee that your issues will be fixed promptly. As of yet I haven't heard that we're able to reproduce any of these issues and we are still gathering information about what might be causing them.

4.11.6 completely screwed up my Pokertracker 4. I downgraded back to 4.11.2 which was the one I was using before and had been working OK for me and now I cannot even update my Cache on 4.11.2. Before I could play and do just fine on that one.

BTW, these ERRORS look to be the custom stats that I personally created for myself which had been working fine before all these updates.

Are they now corrupted? What is going on here?
