Same here. Managed to rebuild a new DB in 4.11.6 and FINALLY got it fixed.. and now it's F*CKED again.

I did that and got this response below. I really hope that's not just a default response to a slow import situation, and that someone actually looked through my log file.

Hello,

Please run a full database housekeeping. In PokerTracker go Database -> Database Management, click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

Doing the above should resolve any slow import issues that you may be experiencing. If it does not, send us an updated PokerTracker4.log file so that we can further investigate.

Can you tell me a bit about what kind of data those custom stats show?

call bet fold raise HU and multiway pots. bet intervals in percentage of pot. one is just the float flop which i have colered with another stat. the colered float flop i have in both the tablehud and in a popup and its only in the popup it doesnt work. and all the stats work in my own hud just not for opponents. example of one of the stats (cnt_f_bet_0_40pct / cnt_f_bet) * 100 cnt_f_bet_0_40pct=
sum( if[cash_hand_player_statistics.val_f_bet_made_pct<= 40 AND cash_hand_player_statistics.val_f_bet_made_pct>=1 , 1 , 0 ] ) and the other other coulumn is just the default.

this is for bet HU and as you can see it has counted some actions and when i look at my own hud statistics all works fine

Wildly guessing, it get's the session stats right but for villain, you're trying to show lifetime stats and caching fails? Or if you actually put the same stat in a table group, it now works?

Judging by your stats, you already know this... but did you check the log file for "Error"? After taking the leap of faith to 4.11.7, things mostly worked fine, except for some pretty excotic stuff I needed to fix in some of my custom stats*... no way to find the fault but open the error log in in a hex editor or Notepad++ (regular notepad wouldn't work, as this was about some hex characters that were inserted in my column names, and those characters don't show up in a basic editor).

As an aside to PT crew: if you have your stats definition file open in a hex editor and try to save changes made in PT4 stats configurator, everything seems to go fine... except the changes don't save. There will be a note of this in the log, but user will think everything went ok... until the next time they try to find said changes (or newly made stats) in the stats configurator.

*EDIT: my stats worked fine in replayer, but when cached, they failed.

you are right if i put hero to lifetime stats they also stop working for hero. Yes they start working if i put them in the table HUD

Please send us the definition for one of these stats via our support system so we can look into what is special about them that is causing this behavior.

pasita, we don't support hacking at our stats files with a hex editor and would recommend not doing it at all.
