PT4 won't start either regularly or with logging enabled. It shows in taskmanager though.
I tried editing the config file, pasting in the Community N fix.
How can I solve it?

I have tried sending 2 bug reports but they are not in my pending support tickets.
Can you confirm they are on the system?

The most recent report from you that I see was closed last March. Please try upgrading to 4.11.10 before submitting anything though as that may help. If not, try sending us a new log from 4.11.10.

There is something wrong with your support ticket page.
Any time I press preview or submit it takes 30-50 secs to refresh then all dissapears.
Can you PM me an email address and I'll email you/attach log file.
Maybe you can make the support ticket your end.

I'm afraid I can't help you converting from PT4 to HM2; you'll need to ask their support for information there.

You can't let me get a temporary fix until my issue is resolved?
I originally switched from HEM2 to PT4, and can't wait to switch back when my PT4 issue is resolved.
Some assistance would be appreciated.

How do In export my complete DB from just the PostGreSQL data base.
Something in PGAdmin?
