I sent a support ticket to support but was unable to include any hand history files.
There are no files showing in the place they are supposed to be == where they always were
and where Carbon Poker says hand history files are going.

Is anyone else having this problem.

As a result I could not include any hand histories with my support ticket.

Merge changed the HH format. We need to wait till they just make new update

Carbon's free odds calculator app does have a HUD. It's not PT4, obviously, but it might help in the meantime.

Thanks - I have linked your tickets. If anyone has an omaha hi/low tournament example that would be really useful. As before, please compress the original hand history file and attach it to a Support Ticket and post your ticket number here.

Any hand history files which have been read by PT4 'Get Hands While Playing' will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can get to via File > Open User Data Folder.

Hey,

I'm having the same issue. I tried to reconfigure to the site, and still no hands being imported and no HUD appearing.
