Mass errors importing

I recently started playing again and when importing hand histories I'm losing ~70% of the hands I played. The problem I am having is when someone folds to a pre flop raise PT is erroring saying no flop which is accurate, the action ended pre flop. That error is occurring on all streets yet some hands are fine. I do not understand why this is happening. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have hand histories which don't import correctly when you believe they should, please attach some to the Support system and link to this thread so we can investigate.
