Pokertracker won't start

LOL PT4 will not start for me. I have a support ticket submitted waiting to be actioned

Can I try rolling back to an old version of PT4 and see if it will start?

Or tell me how to export my entire DB without opening PT4 and I will try a clean install.

It's been way too long since I have been able to use PT4.

If you have an open ticket it will be best to follow up there where we have your information. By "export your entire DB" I assume you mean access the hand histories? If that's what you mean it will be easier to use the original hand history files. Any which were imported to PT4 using Get Hands From Disk can be found in the Processed folder. To get to the default location click Start and paste in:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Processed

I have uninstalled/reinstalled and now it opens fine.

But when it asks if I want to backup before updating the DB I get this error.

Also getting this when pt4 attempts to backup.

That suggests a problem with one of the files which makes up your database. You could try Database > Database Management > Housekeeping > Reindex, but if that file is missing or too damaged it may not be possible to recover.

Runs reindex for 10mins then
