Bug to Get Hands While Playing

Hi,

yesterday when I'm using PT4 the software as cracked and now it not let me get hands wile playing, and all the software crashes and appears one error that i will post an image on attachment.
I will wait an answer.

Please upgrade from 4.11.7 to 4.11.10 and that may solve the problems for you by itself. You can find 4.11.10 on our download page.
