nothing is working

hi!

i was using pt4 for a long time everthing fine, was away for 2 months came back, did the update i also remember the update saying something about theres something new about the database not sure.

anyways since then importing doesnt work, although pokerstars is configured as usual as is PT4. when pressing "get hands while playing" it doesnt pick up hands from stars althoug it stats pokerstars: starting auto-import. it also doenst show active tables.

i have version v4.11.10 right now. is it possible to uninstall pt4 and the database and start fresh? would really like to resolve the issue but dont wanna spend too much time on it.

i am using pt3 for now which was still installed on my computer might that have something to do with it, that the hands are imported into pt3?

also once i press stop getting hands, the button freezes and nothing happens and you only force quit to close Pt4 at that point

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

just tried it and couldt choose file to attach, when i pressed "choose file" nothing happend, could be because "get hands while playing" is still running and i cant stop without closing PT4

That can happen if the file is too large, try compressing it first as explained here.

was able to compress is, the problem is tht i cant choose any file when pressing choose file in the attach file line.
also couldnt attach anything to this message in the forum same problem, when i press choose file nothing happens.

Please try using Safari or another normal browser instead of the built in browser in PT4 and let me know if that works better for you.
