Importing Hands not working

Hello if someone can please help me ever since I imported all my previous hand histories that I had from pokerstars before I had pokertracker, I have not been able to ever see any active tables and when I try and import hands that pokertracker has processed, it says they are duplicates even though there is no original anywhere on my stats. I.e. today when I played i can see the hands in the pokertracker processed file but on the software itself it says I have played no hands today, but when I import it says they are duplicates…. pls help

You probably have a filter enabled. Anything in blue in the sidebar is a filter so clear that, and also if you see "1 Tags Selected" above the empty hands report clear any tags selected.
