P4 won't accept my code

Says it can't connect to something. The trouble shoot suggest adding P4 to my firewall acceptance which I have done.

Just paid for this and need to get it working. If you can help, please assume you are talking to the dumbest technophobe ever when giving instructions.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

There is no main Pt4 window as when I put in my code, it won't connect with the registration server to accept it.

You can also find that window by clicking Start typing %userprofile%/AppData/Local/PokerTracker 4 and clicking on the folder when it appears.
