Gave it a shot and it took a couple hours (you were right!), but unfortunately no change in the EV graph. It does appear to updated my overall stats a bit, though.

Then please send us a few of those recent tournaments via our support system and we'll look into the calculations for them.

God, I feel like a complete idiot. I cannot figure out how to attach the files. I’ve gone to where I thought the HH’s were held and can’t find any. Can you point me in the direction? I even searched for it and came up empty.

Ok, well, I found the HH’s and the support ticket spot, but they will not attach and i can’t even submit a ticket. I can click the “submit” button, but nothing occurs. The files have been compressed and are around 20 kb.

Not sure what to do now.

Make sure you create your ticket using a normal browser (rather than the Community page in PT4) and the files should attach fine.

Not sure if they’re still looking at the ticket or not. Just looking for any information. I’d like to feel confident in the stats I’m reviewing, and if this one’s failing, I’m more than nervous about reviewing other components...

Your ticket is in the right place; we've had one of our highest support personnel on vacation last week and that is almost certainly the reason for the delay. He'll be back this week so I'd expect some kind of response over the next few days.
