No HUD at new tables

mine is on mac. its wierd because it works usually when im plaing 1-3 cash tables but the 4th isnt working and it doesn’t really work when playing tournaments at all. the hud pops up but i have to stop getting hands and then start getting hands in order to refresh the hud info.

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. Reproduce the problem and note when you started playing the table or tournament where the hands were not recognized. Screenshots may also be useful. After the session attach the hand histories for the tables you played and the screenshots to your ticket along with the PokerTracker4.log file.
