When I play 15+ tables I have some lags.
Is it possible if I disable notetraker lags will gone or notetraker is 'light' for system?

It should be a fairly light process, especially once it's caught up, but it does vary somewhat depending if you've added extra stuff and what extra stuff you've added. Does it show at 100% in Tools -> NoteTracker -> Status?

Then it's only checking new hands as they're imported and that should not be a significant drain on resources by itself.
