sos hud not working

I will prob have to fill out a ticket - anyway ...

my hud is loading the first hand - then it freezes. I am running os 10.6.8 and I have 7g left on my drive. weird thing was my computer - laptop - lost power and i had to restart - then i started having the problems. I restarted hud, pt4 and even my computer on break - no avail.

I turn on the hud and it loads the missed hands plus duplicates then it just stops.

so what to do? - thanks

Please do open a Support Ticket and report your problem. Be sure to include the hand history file from the session that you play along with the PokerTracker4.log file and screenshots of what you see will probably be useful too.
