Hud hoverover stats keep popping up

I have a weird issue with my HUD. the hover over stats that appear that normally appear(small box) when you move the cursor over an opponents individual stats - eg. hover over VPIP and opponents name, stat, value, this session keep popping up on my top left corner table at random points around the table. If I go to HUD in the toolbar and click restart Pokertracker crashes, I have to click stop HUD, then start HUD but the problem will reappear within 5 minutes. really frustrating as when it keeps popping up when I am trying to see the action or make quick decisions. This happens whether I play 2-4-6 tables. Thanks!

Do they appear when they should (when you mouse-over a stat) but in the wrong position, or do they appear randomly when you're not pointing at a stat?

What version of OSX do you have, and what site do you play at?

They appear randomly when I'm not point at the stat, in random places in the middle of the table. But If I do mouse over the correct stat it will also appear. I play on Pokerstars, OSX 10.9.4.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. You can also note in your ticket that this is likely related to Bug#4745 and that should speed things along a little for you.

will there be any resolution to this? I did exactly as you said a while ago and was told it would be passed on. Everytime I click a popup I have to restart the hud to remove the ghost stats appearing constantly.

If you have a ticket open it will have been reported to the development team and you will get a notification when the fix is released. This type of issue can be tricky though, so it's hard to say when a fix would be available.
