Mac OS 10.9.4 - poker stars does not appear to be installed

Hi,

I've just downloaded Poker Tracker 4 for trial on my Mac. There wasn't any problems during installation or when postgre database was setting. Problem show up when I was setting up the Poker Tracker. I cannot set it with my Poker Stars Account - "Pokerstars does not appear to be installed". PokerStars is installed (Polish language same as MacOS language, hand history in ON) - I can even see it when i click "add" but I cannot choose it - it's in the "shadow" same as other software. Please help.

PokerStars needs to be in English and saving hands in English in order for everything to work properly. After you change the language try clicking the Open Folder button in PokerStars once - that will ensure the folder has been created - and then see if you can select it in PT4.

thanks for your support, I've change the language in-game and in-history to english, but it didn't solve the problem. Folder with hand history exists as it should be. What else can I do??

Now I've also changed hand history folder which is located in "Documents" - i was able to set this folder for PT4 but it doesn't see hands anyway. HUD isn't working too.

You should definitely be able to pick folders in Documents. If you create a folder in your home directory and use that can you pick it via PT4?

Not sure did understood correctly? I should copy all PokerStarsEU folder to my Documents and then try to pick it via PT4? At the moment in my Documents I have created folder with card history (EN) form PokerStarsEU (EN) - I can see it via PT4, but even if I pick it via PT4 nothing happends. Even stats aren't working - PT4 asks then about player data.

In PT4 go to Tools -> Setup Assitant and click Setup Sites. Make sure PokerStars is turned ON and click Next until you see the PokerStars configuration options. Click Add, choose the folder where the PokerStars data is being saved and then keep clicking Next until it's finished. That should import the files you have in that folder and get everything set up properly. Once everything is imported you'll see the data from those hands in PT4.

For the future click Get Hands While Playing on the Play Poker page when you want to play and click Stop Getting Hands when you're done and that will get future hands imported and display the HUD while playing.
