bwinpoker importing hands problem

hi, my PT4 isnt importing hands from bwinpoker. im playing a rebuy mtt

BWin now uses the partypoker software in most regions so you probably need to follow the PartyPoker Configuration Guide to set things up correctly. Also make sure that BWin is installed in English.

i know that, im a regular player. The folder is ok, the software is in english… same as other soft config.

In that case please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. Please attach the hand history file(s) along with your log files.
Are you seeing any errors?
