Go into Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions and then try again.

Hi, thank you very much for your answer,
such as you told me i followed the path that you've described me but, unfortunately, when i run again Poker Tracker (after repairing all permissions), appears the same error " PT has detected a permission issue which prevents it from running. Please use Disk Utilitiy to repair your disk permissions and run Poker Tracker again. If that fails contact support for additional troubleshooting assistance.
Could you please help me in any way?

Tank you.

Are you using a Mac? As long as PT4 has been run at all that folder will exist.
Can you tell us what problem you're having, please?

This is a fairly long thread - could you describe your symptoms in greater detail please?

this is my Problem:

Poker Tracker has detected a permission issue which prevents it from running. Please use Disk Utility to repair your Disk Permissions and run Poker Tracker again. If that fails please contact support for additional troubleshooting assistance.

Please run Disk Utility in Applictions -> Utilities -> Disk Utility. Click on your main drive and click Repair Permissions and let it run. If you continue to have problems please create a support ticket and one of our technicians will assist you further.

I have exactly the same problem and in El Capitan Apple have removed the repair permissions feature in disk utility.

Is there a solution for El Capitan too?
