Postby AlexV » Tue May 20, 2008 4:10 am

Under windows XP, powerfull computer, commercial PT3 build 2, no problem with FTP.

When playing 4 tables of cash game on Everest :

- my stat are not always displayed
- the HUD starts to LAG after nearly 15 minutes, then after 45 minutes, impossible to play any more.

I have the exact same issue when 4-tabling on Everest with Windows XP.

It takes less than 1 hour before PT3 build 2 starts lagging badly (80% CPU). It then becomes rapidly impossible to play. When I quit PT, the application seems to close correctly, but the PokerTracker.exe process continues to eat 80% to 90% CPU. The only solution is to kill the process. Unfortunately, doing this completely mess up the imported hands.

I checked the FAQ for Build 2 and I can't find a description of this issue.

I hope it will be solved in a future release

Thanks

The slow HUD is not site specific - Josh is working flat out on this.

After playing 15-30 min on Everest PT3 stops importing Hands and lags. If i close PT3 an try to reopen it, there comes an error message "an instance of PT3 is allready running". If i play on Stars only, there is no problem with PT3.

Rider, the problem it's not that the hud is slow, but that autoimport actually completely STOPS importing hands after some minutes (it seems a random time: sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes 40, sometimes 90...). Also, when this happens, the whole PT freezes, and can't be closed normally.

OK. Does it still do this if you turn the HUD off?
