Import for PS.UK

Hands not being imported since the update to PS.UK, anybody know how to fix this?

no hands imported, and not only that, pokerstars uk is not even detected as installed on my machine !
even when I manually configure pokertracker for the hand history folder and .exe file location.

poker tracker4 just displays a message "pokerstars does not seem to be installed on this machine".
which is technically true being as it is pokerstarsuk not pokerstars.

everything worked fine before update of PS software to uk version, which also defaults to version 7 of pokerstars software.
I tried reverting to version 6 of pokerstars software but still no joy on importing hands.

I hope it's a quick easy fix for the devs

PokerStars.uk installs to a different path than PokerStars.com and we will need to add detection for this. In the meantime you can configure the import path manually as described in the PokerStars Configuration Guide. Once you've added the correct path you can ignore the warning message.

There are a few issues caused by the changes for the new UK regulations and we're working on resolving them.

Phew! Was worried that it might just be my crappy laptop that couldn't keep up! I found that both Pokertracker and Tablescan Turbo stopped working since the change but when I reverted to PS 6, tablescan worked...which got my hopes up big time for PT4 but no joy And I've tried the manual config but nothing seems to work. No HUD, no imported files. Hope it can be worked out soon! Cheers....C

PokerStars.UK should work OK once you've set up the hand history and tournament summary folders - follow the PokerStars Configuration Guide to configure them manually until the next version is released which will auto detect them.

i am to having similar problems wirth this. the pokerstars client and PT4 are set up exactly the same and i am stll getting the red writing above saying 'pokerstrs is not configued to save hand histoies to disk', same i i cllick auto detect it says 'it cannot find them'. is this still an ongoing issue since the patch?

That just means that the hand history path wasn't detected automatically - once you configure manually it as kraada described then it will work fine.
However, v4.12 was released last night and should detect PokerStars.UK hand histories automatically.

I am based in the UK and it has stopped working and yet seems to have the same paths as before namely C:\Users\Adam\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\ on my computer and 4.12 has made no odds it still wont import.

Please check that PokerStars is still configured to save hand histories, and that they are being saved as you play. As long as PT4 is configured to import from the folder where they are saved they should import fine. PokerStars Configuration Guide
