BUG: "Launch" button broken after upgrade to UK PokerStars

If you click Auto Detect in Configure > Sites & Import Options > PokerStars I think it should set the launch path, but if it doesn't go to PokerTracker+ > TableTracker and click the Configure button (bottom left). Under 'Launch Settings' select PokerStars and add the correct path to the PokerStars.uk exe (and remove the old exe).
