it's laggy, HUD doesn't work. I click stop getting hands and literally takes 2m when it used to be ready in 20s or so AND NO HUD???

the entire program is laggy... loading hands on results tabs taking longer than usual, it's really frustrating, why does it take 3m to load a graph of 14k hands damnnnnn wtf is wrong with this?

it says auto import stopped and i'm trying to close PT4 and still says that I have to wait for import to stop... GG when you trying to work but can't ty.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our
support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

under what do I send it? ... the main problem is the program is really laggy I can't even see my stats only the graph.

Bug Reports is fine - really, it's better to send a ticket under the wrong category than not send one at all - we'll recategorize internally if it's appropriate.

it's a database problem it seems... created a new one and no problems

Thanks for following up. You should be able to export the hands from the old database and import them into the new one and have everything work then.
