importing hand histories

i am getting an error message everytime i am importing hand histories from poker stars.
the error message is utilities/error log display/maintenance window
i have had no problems until recently,how do i correct the problem.
it appears the only hands its importing are the hands that go only to the river.
if i have a session of 250 hands i get 60 imported.

i am using 2.16.03 poker tracker version should i have a newer version,i thought it checked for new versions,every time u logged in to your tracker.

Please try downloading PokerTracker 2.17.02a and see if it resolves your issues.
