Srsly, wtf? Can we get a rep from PT3 to just issue a statement? You pride yourself on top notch service, how come you are not addressing the late update upfront? Don't get a bad name like the FTP customer support. Please just say something like things have taken longer than usual b/c of blah blah blah....
