Prizes in Satellites

Hi.
When I play satellites in Pokerstars.es and win a prize (seat) it's not reflected in the report. The hands are imported okay and my finish position is 1 but the prize is 0.

I also play in the GTECH G2 in .es and all the MTT are reported with buy-in 0.

any idea?

I believe this is an issue we're aware of in v4.12 and it will be fixed in the next version, which should be released fairly soon now. If you still see the problem in tournaments imported after updating to v4.12 please let us know.

i have the same problem. i won a ticket for sunday milion and the value of prize won is 0. i only have this kind of problem in satellites.

Please send us the hand history and tournament summary files via our support system so that we can investigate further. In the meantime you can edit the results from that one satellite via the Enter Tournament Results button in the left hand sidebar of the Results reports.

Same with me.I've played yesterday 3 sunday million sat , managed to win one ticket.Pokertracker doesn't show the one where i won at all.I play alot of sat's and it's a bit annoying cause pokertracker shows only the losses

Please update to v4.12.1 (PT4 Download Page).

If you still have the problem with newly imported tournaments (you can purge and re-import the affected tournaments too if you like) please send us the original hand history and summary files as requested so that we can investigate for you.

Ok.I've maded the update.Today I've one a ticket in sat and in the "statistic>basic>by_tournament" i can see the tourney.It says that i finish 1st but with no $ value. I would like to pokertracker to count is as a normal win.Is there such a possibility?

You can edit it manually by right clicking it and choosing Edit Tournament and adding in your winning amount. This is easiest when it's just one tournament. Going forward things should work in the new version.

It should be working or newly imported tournaments in 4.12.1 or newer. If you have trouble in our latest version do send us the hands via our support system and we'll make sure we get it fixed.
