does the TT support the Bulgarian version of the stars client - PokerStars.BG ?

I don't believe so - it looks like it only supports .com, .it and .fr at this time.

You can opt in to a free month when you purchase PT4, and after that you have 25 free individual searches at your disposal.

I dont see the option to register for free trial. Maybe because i already had it some years ago. Please check for me.

Yes, you would have had to use it with your initial purchase in 2008. I'll ask the development team to be certain but I definitely don't see PokerStars.bg in the site list on my end.
