Really frustrating HUD problem

Hi, I just purchased PT4 and have a specific problem that I'm at wits end trying to fix. I'm using a late 2013 15 inch MBP retina running windows 8.1 Pro on parallels. Poker tracker and the DB is installed on the windows side. While trying to play on winning poker network and multi tabling the HUD only works for one table. Each additional table the hud either isn't displayed or quasai overlaps on the intial table. This happens if either playing on the laptop or while the laptop is hooked up to an external monitor. I just read about an issue with retina screens on parallels but even while playing on the external screen (no mirroring) I'm still seeing the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated because as of now the software is useless for me (I only tried it one tabling during the trial to confirm, sigh).

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. I'm not aware of a problem with Retina macbooks like you describe so we'll need to see logs (and screenshots as well preferably) to figure out what is the appropriate next step for you.
