Duplicates

Ever since i had to download the UK version of stars and Full tilt i've been getting duplicate hands. Ive gone through the troubleshoot but still seems to get duplicate hands. Any suggestions.?

With PokerTracker 4 open go to "Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging". This will require a restart of Pokertracker 4. Next please duplicate the issue and once that is done report this via our support system with your PokerTracker 4 log file. The log file will help us find out what is happening with your duplicates. You can find that file by clicking "File --> Show User Data Folder" in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called "PokerTracker4" that is in that folder.
