unable to download pt4 after computer reset

I can anyone help.
im unable to down load the pt4 from the site, keeps saying that the page is unable to be displayed. am I doing anything wrong?

The download page is working for me; it's likely to be a local issue. Have you been able to download other things OK? Can you try a different browser?

ive tried internet explorer and google but no luck, I can download skins from the web site but wont let me down load the pt4 programme

no still doesn't work all I get is the following which I just copied from the page.

This page can’t be displayed
•Make sure that the web address https://www.pokertracker.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

That link definitely works.

Click Start type cmd and click on it when it appears. Type this at the prompt and hit enter:

ping www.pokertracker.com

Paste the results here for me.

sorry to be a pain mate but what do you mean by click start and type command, im using windows 8 if that helps

You got it. That shows you are able to get to our website in some form (or the ping would time out). Could you create a support ticket for your problem? That would make it easier for us to get your problem to one of our web developers.
