HUD stay’s empty after registration

After using PT 4 (OS) trial version for a few weeks with out any problems (HUD oke), I registered today small stakes version.

But when I started several tables at PS after registration the HUD stayed empty. Only amount of BB was working. If I have met a player in previous sessions the HUD shows stats untill today but doesn’t add hand of today’s session.

Do I need to change something in the settings or download PT4 again?

Nothing should have changed from registering the software. Could you double check that hand histories are set to save in PokerStars and that PT4 is set to import them from the proper directory? A mismatch there could cause this kind of behavior.

I have checked PS and PT4. Directory’s are the same. To be sure I have run set up assistant again to make sure everything is set right.

Nothing changed. HUD comes up but is and stay’ s empty for my stats and that of new players. Old players get stats untill today but do not refresh.

Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
