Opening Pokerstars tables within TableTracker

Hi guys,

Any update on this? Last I heard you were still working on a fix.

Ive signed on for 1 month (10 day left) to test tabletracker out and this is a key feature for me that I still have not been able to use.

Table opening should be working for PokerStars tables in TableTracker - I just checked it.

Please be sure to launch PokerStars from TableTracker - if it is opened manually then TableTracker can't open tables.
If it isn't working for you please tell us what type of tables you're searching for as well as which PokerStars skin you use (.com, .fr, .uk, etc) and which build you have for the client version in Help > About PokerStars, and if it's PokerStars 6 or 7?

(Note that table opening does not work on Mac.)

Ahhh I thought launching from within PokerTracker was sufficient. Just tried it launching from within TableTracker and its opening the tables.

Table tracker is good but had to cancel because I'm using a dam mac. lol

i am using the free tiral, the 25 free search. i play in full ring micro table no limit holdhem (0.1$/0.2$) on pokerstars

And i have the same problem, pokertracker does nt open pokerstars table, it say it cant open it.

Pokerstars software windows come in front when i try to open a table, but it s the zoom page that i see ( i know that the player are on a full ring cash game micro limit).

I see all the info in the tabletracker page about the player statistics and so on.

I tried (but with no effect):
- to launch pokerstars client with the tabletracker bottom right button
- ashure myself that the filter seetings of pokerstars does nt conflict with the table tracker seetings.
-both software are in english
- i tried to configure the "configure/launch site settings" but it does nt save the settings.
- i play on pokerstar.be, i see pokerstars, pokerstars.fr, pokerstars.fr but not pokerstars in the left 'sites" menu. so i use pokerstars, is it the cause of the problem?

is it because i am on trial version that it does nt work?

I don't see a known issue for that in our system. Please make sure you are running PT4 as Administrator and that you are opening PokerStars from within PT4 - both are required for table opening to work.

looks like the problem is sovle, but i dont really understand why
