not showing HUD at PS

I logged in to PS and HUD seems to be messed up, it works sometimes and not sometimes at zoom PLO tables

We're aware and working on some issues with the Zoom Hud related to a PokerStars update earlier this week. If you'd like notification when a fix is available, create a support ticket and request to be linked to Bug #5828.

I was playing first session about 4 hours ago and everything was good. After I reentered PS client and installed some minor update for PT4. Now HUD works just 1 hand in few hands and instead of my stats i see other people stats. PLO 100 ZOOM. And i need to grind... When it will be fixed?

Also probably there are some problems with PS client. I am geeting sit outed on 1 table sometimes and now all 4 tables got stuck.

I don't have an ETA for a fix at this time but I know it is being actively worked on.

same experience as you have Alexander, paid BB at one table and nothing happens. I closed that table, and then on it worked fine, i mean PS, unfortunatelly not PT

Please try rebooting your machine and trying again making sure to start everything in the proper order. That will make certain you have the latest version of the files needed for the Zoom Hud and may result in things working for you.

It still does not work :\ The error is on NL 2 and Nl5 tables also...
