The Zoom Hud is working for me, so if it stopped working for you and was working before we will need to see your log file to determine what is causing the problem.
Please close down both PT4 and PokerStars at the same time and then start them again. Start 'Get Hands While Playing' and then join a single Zoom table and play a few hands. Attach the PokerTracker4.log file to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session.
Please also tell us in your ticket:
- which PokerStars skin you play at (.com, .eu, .es, .uk, etc)
- whether you're using PokerStars 6 or 7
- what the build number of the client version is in Help > About PokerStars

I sent a log yeasterday.. Norwegian. Same problem on both stars 6 and 7..

I got a response, that PT should automatically download latest patch which fixes the problem. But PT does not download anything for me. Tried rebooting PC too, I don't have PS on. Is there a way to download it myself in case PT did not do it auto?

It's a quick download - it would only take a couple of seconds - so if you weren't watching for it you might have missed it. Please send us a new log so that we can investigate more effectively for you.

We understand that this is frustrating, but the logs are very useful for our developers, and having a ticket means we can make sure you get notified when we push out the next fix.

Yes it's very frustrating. It is now the second day when i can't grind because of PokerTracker. And it is now probably 5-th time when i can't play because my Zoom HUD doesn't work. Then you fix it for a while... and then again the same issue. Will this ever end? If i went for HM instead of PT i would play now.
