new release-slow import

HI,

With the new update import of hands is extremely slow, like 1 hand for a minute.

How can I get to the old release? Ca I just remove 4.13 and install the 4.12?

I wouldn't recommend downgrading at this time - the HUD configuration files and stat definitions files are not backwards compatible. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. This will contain detailed timing information we can use to diagnose what is causing the slowdown and give you the best next steps to take.

I would do that too, but the “choose a file” button on your submit a report page isnt working...

It's working for me - what browser are you using? If you're not using a regular browser, try using one and let me know if that works better for you.

It works in the Browser… I only just tried. But it wasn’t and still isn’t working in the Client…

I'm not sure if my problem is with importing hands, but after the PT4 update gameplay is slow and laggy. I asked about this in the 2+2 PT4 thread and was asked if I had Pokerstars on while updating - I can't remember this. I'm running version 4.13. What can we do?
