custom stats not showing up

Hello guys,

I've been building a heavily modified version of Coffeehud but then rebuild db cache (don't really know why, just decided I would do this) and custom stats stopped displaying on the table and in the HUD.

I found a workaround in the HUD but not in game (on the table). When I go to the very last hand I played against someone and click "HUD Stat values at time of hand" all custom stats shows up (without the last hand of course). I will attach 2 photos to better see what I am talking about.

The stats that DO show up are either default PT4 stats or custom coffeehud stats (although some don't work but most do, this is seen in other panels but I haven't taken a screenshot of them), but never my custom stats.

Before I did the cache rebuild (which I think fucked everything up) everything was fine in the replayer and on the table. This was right after I build all custom stats (so they might have been cached somehow, don't know).

Custom stats are in the custom cache. Try rebuilding just the Custom Cache one more time for me (it'll be much faster than a full rebuild) and if that doesn't help we'll dig deeper - it's possible that will fix it though.

Tried rebuilding custom cash, twice. No success. Then just for the kicks of it tried the whole cache again, but again, no success. What can we try next?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. The log contains the full queries used to get your data so we'll be in a better situation to figure out where to go next once we see what they're doing.

I will do this now, however I just noticed that every new custom stat I create is showing with no problems without ticking "HUD Stat values at time of hand", but every old custom stat is not showing up.

Will try to rebuild cache again to see if this fucks up the newly built custom stats or no. Will also try to import/export stats to see if this might help.

OK so rebuilding the custom cache (did this one first, if this didn't fuck up thing I would have rebuild the whole cache but this did the job) fucked things up. Exporting/importing stats didn't help either. Reproduced the problem and send it trough the support system.

Guess I am waiting answer from the ticket now.

Included a copy of a stat.

Also was wondering if you think reinstalling, creating a new DB and importing hands again would help and should I even bother?

Please attach your full Hud profile to the ticket - often this can be caused by an interaction between different stats, or the inclusion of some invalid stat in the Hud, rather than the stats you're seeing the problem with.

For example if this is a tournament Hud and the problem is in a popup go to the Tools popup group and if the second (I think it's the second, but it may be the third) line includes "Tournaments" and "ITM" then delete that whole line by clicking the minus (-) sign at the end. The stats on that line do not work in the Hud, and are no longer included in the defaults.
